National Fuel Gas Supply's operationally available capacity, as of each nomination cycle, is posted on this website in accordance with FERC requirements. A shipper desiring additional information about the capacity available on National Fuel Gas Supply's system, or having questions regarding National Fuel Gas Supply's posted operationally available capacity, may contact National Fuel Gas Supply's Transportation and Exchange ("T&E") Department at (716) 857-6960.

As an alternative to telephone calls, such questions may be submitted to the T&E Department via the Customer Activities web site. Any replies to such email communications will be posted, together with the communication, on the Company's website at http://www.nationalfuel.com/supply/ (Informational Postings/Capacity/Contacts for Capacity Questions). National Fuel Gas Supply will reply to such questions from a marketing affiliate only in this manner, but any shipper may submit requests for information via the Customer Activities web site.

In this regard, from time to time shippers will ask the T&E Department to comment on the likelihood that a particular nomination, if submitted during the upcoming nomination cycle, would be scheduled by National Fuel Gas Supply. Shippers should understand that, when the T&E Department provides a response to this type of question, the comment of the T&E representative, whether provided by telephone or on this website, is only an educated guess and does not constitute a representation by the company that the nomination, if submitted, will be, or, conversely, will not be scheduled. The only way to determine whether a nomination will or will not be scheduled is to submit the nomination and receive a formal response from National Fuel Gas Supply. Shippers should also understand that the T&E representative's comments will be based on the conditions of the moment, and should not expect the representative to reassess the comment upon the receipt of subsequent information and contact the shipper with an update, even if circumstances change significantly. National Fuel Gas Supply does not undertake this obligation. Furthermore, National Fuel Gas Supply cannot assure that every shipper that calls or submits a question via the Customer Activities web site will be able to reach a T&E representative at the time information is desired, or that the representative will be able to comment on the question presented.
